All tools sold on California-Tool.com come with six(6) months from the date of purchase limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship unless otherwise specified
This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and limited to replacing or repairing at Seller's service center. The warranty does not extend to any product or damage to a product caused by or attributable to freight damage, abuse, misuse, improper or abnormal usege or repairs provided by an un-authorized service center.
For Rebar Cutters, Cutter Blade and Cutter Shaft are not covered under the warranty. All tool parts sold on California-Tool.com are not covered under the warranty.
All repairs for which warranty claims are made must be pre-authorized by Seller. If a tool needs warranty repair/evaluation, please contact us via E-mail at sales@california-tool.com to obtain a (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization. If a tool is shipped to service center, freight charges to and from the service center will be the customer's responsibility. Returned tool for service must come with $50 money order as freight back to the customer.
Buyer need to provide a copy of Packing Slip, Invoice or other document to evidence that the tool is purchased from us and under the warranty period.
