Areas We Ship To
At the present time, we only ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. States, sorry we don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Roco or APO/FPO customers. We don't ship to P.O. Box addresses. Canada and International customer please Email us for freight rate quote.

Shipping Options
We currently use UPS and US Mail as our carrier. Free Shipping Items shipped via Standard Ground shipping and apply only within the 48 Contiguous States. If you want any other form of shipping (such as Rush Shipping) for the Free Shipping items, please email us prior to (but not after) you place an order.
Shipping Time
Orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 3 business days of receiving your order. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, e-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order.
The number of days the order takes to reach you depends upon the shipping method you chose and your location. Ground Shipping can take between 3 and 10 days, depending on what part of the country you are shipping to (Wast Coast is the shortest, East Coast takes the longest). "Business days" do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
Return Policy (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY CAREFULLY)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for refund (excluding shipping and handling charges). All returns subject to a return authorization from California-Tool.com. All Returns requests must be made within 7 days of receiving product. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
All returned merchandise must be UNUSED in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals and all accessories. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON USED PRODUCTS.
To return a product, please Email sales@california-tool.com for an RAN(Return Authorization Number). RAN valid 15 days only. All Returns must be shipped back to us during the validity of RAN, any merchandise returned to us without a valid authorization will be refused. Please note that an RAN does not guarantee final disposition, all returns are subject to inspection.

Returned merchandise must be shipped to us Freight Prepaid. We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured". We cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
Any returned item that does not meet all above conditions will be considered the property of the buyer; and will be shipped back to the buyer at the buyer's expense.
